Turning incentives into opportunities

A former client connected me with a co-founder of BMS Ventures. He was a real estate investor who wanted to get the jump on Opportunity Zone investing incentives. The co-founder and I met for a brief lunch, where he clued me into his plans for his new firm.

All the paperwork and partnerships were squared away, but they needed someone to tell their story—and a web page where he could drive potential investors. I developed a simple website for BMS Ventures and crafted investor-facing copy that they’ve since used to fund investments in opportunity-zoned properties in the Chicagoland area.
